The pharmacies on this website have been licensed by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy pursuant to Nevada law. They have been inspected by inspectors from the State Board of Pharmacy. The pharmacies listed on this website must operate according to Nevada’s applicable statutes and regulations. The applicable laws restrict some of the drugs that may be offered by the pharmacies listed on this website, including the following:
•No controlled substances
•No drugs that are generic in Canada but are still brand name in the U.S.
•No more than a 90-day supply
•No drugs that require special refrigeration, shipping, or handling
•No sending of a prescription to any pharmacy not licensed by the Nevada State Board of Pharmacy, so a prescription cannot be filled at an “off-site affiliate” pharmacy even if the patient agrees to do so
•No drugs that are not identical to drugs sold in Canada in accordance with Canadian law
•No drugs that are non-prescription in Canada but that would require a prescription in the U.S. unless the patient has a U.S. prescription
Nevada law further requires that the pharmacies listed on this website provide you with written materials regarding the drugs you are receiving and that you must also have telephone and e-mail access to a Canadian pharmacist with whom to discuss your prescription and any questions you might have.
Any Canadian pharmacy or pharmacy purporting to be from Canada not listed on this website that is attempting to sell prescription drugs to a Nevada resident is operating illegally and should not be used.

Differences Between Canada and U.S. Prescription Drug Systems
The Canadian regulatory bodies have approved all medications available through this website to be safe for use within Canada. Prescription drugs purchased from Canada fall outside the regulatory system for prescription drugs purchased in the U.S. Canada has its own regulatory system to protect the safety of prescription drugs, and that system differs in certain respects from the system in the U.S. Pharmacies in Canada are also regulated by Canadian federal and provincial regulatory systems which, while similar to Nevada and U.S. systems, may differ in their requirements and consumer protections. Prescription drugs purchased from Canada may, for example, be labeled or packaged differently than prescription drugs purchased in the U.S., or may be manufactured in different facilities.
