Next Steps
Results of the survey and public forums
will be tabulated by GMU staff in early May. A GMAC subcommittee will
review the results and bring recommendations to the full GMAC committee
at its June 9th meeting. No later than June 30th, the full committee
will submit recommendations for future funding priorities to the DHHS
Director. To follow the activities of the ad hoc subcommittee, link to the GMAC meetings webpage at GMAC_Mtgs2016
The Community Needs Assessment is one of
three processes that will be taken into consideration when the State is
determining future FHN funding plans. The Commission on Aging (CoA) and
the Commission on Services for Persons with Disabilities (CSPD) are also
collecting input and will make recommendations to the DHHS Director.
