   OFFICE OF Aging & Disability Services  (ODS)                  

Effective October 1, 2008, regulations for the fields of Interpreting for the Deaf and CART were developed. These regulations require providers of Interpreting/CART to be registered with the State of Nevada in order to legally perform CART or Interpreting in the State of Nevada.
